Aydın Vocational School

İşletme Yönetimi Ön Lisans Programı, kamu ve özel sektör kuruluşlarının ihtiyaç duyduğu temel işletmecilik bilgi ve becerilerine sahip, mesleki etik ilkelerini benimseyen, analitik düşünebilen, iletişim becerileri gelişmiş ve değişen iş yaşamına uyum sağlayabilen nitelikli ara insan gücü yetiştirmeyi amaçlayan iki yıllık bir yükseköğretim programıdır. Program kapsamında öğrencilerin yönetim, muhasebe, pazarlama, finans, hukuk, ekonomi, girişimcilik ve dijital işletmecilik alanlarında temel bilgi edinmeleri; teorik bilgilerini uygulamalarla destekleyerek iş yaşamına hazırlanmaları hedeflenmektedir. Mezunlar kamu kurumları, özel sektör işletmeleri, finans kuruluşları, hizmet işletmeleri, üretim işletmeleri ve kendi girişimlerinde çeşitli görevlerde çalışma olanağına sahip olmakta; gerekli koşulları sağlamaları hâlinde lisans eğitimlerine Dikey Geçiş Sınavı (DGS) ile devam edebilmektedir.

ISCED kapsamında Yönetim ve Organizasyon Bölümü 2011-2012 eğitim-öğretim döneminde oluşturulmuştur. Bölümde İşletme Yönetimi programı mevcuttur.

Eğitim-öğretim, uygulama ve topluma hizmet faaliyetlerini kalite odaklı bir anlayışla yürüterek; mesleki bilgi ve becerilerle donanmış, etik değerlere bağlı, eleştirel ve analitik düşünebilen, yenilikçi, girişimci, teknolojik gelişmelere uyum sağlayabilen ve yaşam boyu öğrenmeyi benimseyen bireyler yetiştirmektir.

Eğitim kalitesi, uygulama odaklı öğretim anlayışı, güçlü sektör iş birlikleri ve nitelikli mezunlarıyla tercih edilen; değişen iş dünyasının beklentilerine uyum sağlayan, sürekli gelişimi benimseyen, ulusal düzeyde saygın ve örnek gösterilen bir meslek yüksekokulu olmaktır.

İşletme Yönetimi Programının amacı; kamu ve özel sektör kuruluşlarının ihtiyaç duyduğu, işletmeciliğin temel alanlarında bilgi ve beceri sahibi, analitik düşünebilen, etkili iletişim kurabilen, etik değerlere bağlı, teknolojik gelişmelere uyum sağlayabilen ve ekip çalışmasına yatkın nitelikli meslek elemanları yetiştirmektir.

Graduates of business programs are awarded the title "Business Professional".

Starting with the 2026–2027 academic year, the program implements the 3+1 On-the-Job Training (OJT) model. Under this model, students complete their theoretical and practical courses at the College during the first three semesters and receive on-the-job training at workplaces as part of the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program during the fourth semester. To graduate from the program, students must successfully complete all courses listed in the curriculum and the Workplace-Based Professional Training (İME) component, and earn a minimum of 120 ECTS credits.

Horizontal transfers into the program are conducted in accordance with the principles established by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and the provisions of the Aydın Adnan Menderes University Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degree Education and Teaching Regulations. Graduates of the program may transfer to relevant bachelor’s degree programs through the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) administered by the Measurement, Selection, and Placement Center (ÖSYM), in accordance with current legislation.

Students who have successfully completed the program by satisfying all requirements are awarded the Associate's Degree in Business Administration.

Within the framework of the regulations established by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), student admission to the program is conducted through a centralized placement process based on the results of the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) administered by the Center for Measurement, Selection, and Placement (ÖSYM). Applicants are placed into their preferred programs by ÖSYM based on their YKS scores and preference rankings.

Adnan Menderes University Students attending Aydın Vocational School may be exempted from certain courses within the framework of certain regulations. Aydın Vocational School of Higher Education may keep students' attitudes in a particular attitude that students will be exempted from this derstent.

Courses are conducted on a semester basis, and students’ academic performance is evaluated through midterm exams, assignments, and quizzes, as well as end-of-semester and make-up exams. Starting with the 2026–2027 academic year, the program will implement the 3+1 On-the-Job Training (OJT) model. Accordingly, students complete the courses listed in the curriculum at the College during the first three semesters and receive vocational training at workplaces as part of the Vocational Training in the Workplace (VTP) program during the fourth semester. To graduate from the program, students must successfully complete all courses listed in the curriculum and earn at least 120 ECTS credits.
