Establishment and History
Considering the high potential of animal husbandry in Çine District and its region of Aydin province, it was decided to open a Vocational School for animal production in Çine district. For this purpose, as a result of the temporary transfer of the Osman Kalkan Primary Education School to our University with a protocol signed between the Çine Vocational School District local administration and the University Rectorate on 21.02.1994 and the approval of the Ministry of National Education dated 15.09.1994, our Vocational School started education on 03.10.1994. Our School, which provides a modern education according to its conditions; It educates intermediate technical personnel who produce while learning within the framework of university-industrialist-producer cooperation, who are equipped to respond to the needs of the age, who act in accordance with professional ethics, who know the relevant sector well, and who have the qualifications that the sector is looking for, who do not hesitate to take responsibility. Students who graduate from our college receive the title of "Technician".
Between 1994-2005, Çine Vocational School continued education with 3 programs (Beekeeping, Livestock and Meat Industry) at full capacity at Osman Kalkan Primary School with 5 classrooms and 3 laboratories.
In the 2005-2006 Academic Year, Meat and Products Technology Second Education Program, Milk and Products Technology Program and Food Technology Program were opened. In the 2006-2007 Academic Year, he started his Olive Growing and Olive Processing Technology Program. Organic Agriculture Program has started to accept students since 2011-2012 Academic Year. In the 2016-2016 Academic Year, the Food Quality Control and Analysis program and the Banking and Insurance programs were opened in the 2017-2018 Academic Year.
At the college currently; we have students in the Milk and Products Technology, Food Technology and Food Quality Control and Analysis Programs within the Food Processing Department, and Banking and Insurance Program (1st and 2nd education) within the Department of Finas-Banking Insurance.

About the School
Çine Vocational School is stuated in Çine. It is founded in Çine because of high potential os animal raising. There are 9 programs: Apiculture, Fattening, Meat Industry, Meat Industry Evening Education, Food Technolgy, Food Technolgy Evening Education, Dairy Products, Dairy Products Evening Education and Olive Raising and Evaluation. Fattening and Meat Industyr Programs were established in 1994. Apiculture Program launched its education in 1995. The establishment of Food Technology and Dairy Products programs were completed in 2005 and the other program in 2006. The school has an area of 27500 m2. The campus was named "Süleyman Pekgüzel" due to the durations of Yalçın Pekgüzel, his son.

In the anfis, lectures, panels and seminars are held easily and effectively. The number of laboratories is increasing. Thanks to contributions of firms like Ege Et, Çine Yem, our students have the chance to practise what they've learned.
